Stewart has his own opinion and we have ours. He may have a very good reputation in this sport but he is definitely not GOD who can see and say things as it's really is.
Pac send both Marquez and MAB 3 times each to the canvas. He also sent his "never been knock down" opponents hugging the canvas including Morales, so with that having said, I believe Stewart is simply HYPING Rocky.

regardless, if pac hits harder or juarez hits harder pac does nto hesitate to throw punches and fight like a man
he'll go to war and knows himself and what he is capable of
juarez has skills undoubtedly but is hesitant and timid in big fights so far
pac is a proven warrior and juarez could not handle his pressure at this point
save any nuthugger comments on pac as i am not that much of a fan of his, just must give credit where its due
i'd pull for juarez, **** i'm from houston
but i'd pray for him too

He said that Pac's punches are weaker than Juarez's because you can see it coming and he also said that Pac only throws 1-2's despite praising Pac's adjustment in the 2nd fight against Terible last February. I basically think Stewart don't know what he's talking about. That or he's in love with Juarez or likes discrediting Pac all the time.
Pls vote and discuss.
When he gets on the inside, his punches are short and acurrate. When coupled with the fact that his opponents have acclimated to his inactivity, he catches them off guard with hard shots thrown with perfect balance that the opponent doesn't see and isn't prepared to handle. Thats why he has so many impressive one punch knockouts in recent years, especially his brutal knockout of Guty Espadas Jr.
Pacquiao, on the other hand, is just a wild animal thirsty for blood. He fights as if he has a bomb on his neck that will detinate if he stops punching for 10 seconds. He is a very active fighter who just buries his opponents with punches, each one designed to end the fight early. As Jim Lampley stated during the broadcast of Pacquiao's fight with Juan Manuel Marquez "Manny Pacquiao is a storm! Juan Manuel Marquez hasn't ever seen anything like that." He fights with an intensity that is unrivaled in boxing and is extremely overwhelming to fighters who are unprepared to handle the combination of Pac Man's southpaw punching power and impossible work rate.
But Pacquiao has alot of faults that inhibit his knockout percentage. He tends to get over excited and throw his punches with a bow and arrow motion, tipping his foes off so they can brace for his shots. Pacquiao is always looking for the knockout, which is another issue. In boxing, it is extremely difficult to knock someone out when your opponent knows that that is your intention. Fighters can relax and brace for punches, which delays the effect of the punishment, enabling them to survive his onslaughts for the time being.
Pacquiao is also fighting at higher weights than he should be. In his first fight as a professional, he weighed in at 106 pounds. After winning his first world title as a flyweight, his body's natural growth required that he climb weight divisions at an accelerated rate. When he won the 122 pound title by knocking out Lehlohonolo Ledwaba, it showed that he could carry his punching power up in weight. While he knocked everyone out he faced as champion, he didn't do it with one shot.
Besides his frightening one shot KO of Emanuel Lucero, he hasn't really gotten his opponents out of there with a single punch in a long time. His signature wins, against Barrera and Morales, were accumulation beat downs, glorified street muggings, that were ended in the championship rounds.
Its really a clash of Juarez's shorter, more accurate blows, to Pacquiao's blunt force trauma. Juarez is better with the one punch, while Pacquiao is more dangerous with the quantity, as well as quality, of his punches.

Juarez is a better technical boxer. He fights in a boxing shell, eyes wide open anticipating his opponent's next move. As direct consequence of his lethargy, he lulls his opponents to sleep.
