Which Rocky is your favorite and do you think it will be better than 6 ?

tarver doesnt strike me as someone to have good acting skills but i guess we will see... i think they should have gotten jamie fox to play the part instead of tarver thats who it was suppose to be originally ...anyhow....


rocky #4 was my favorite , the ****in music was dope , the fight was amazing and it sent a good message ... i also think rocky 3 was tight as hell with mr.T ...but 4 was the best hands down

Nothing beats the original; it was a bonafied classic.

II was entertaining and the closest in content to the original of all the sequels; you got to see Rocky win after a great, if not unbelievable fight sequence.

III introduced the world to MR. T and made Hulk Hogan a bonafide star.

IV was a glorified music video...oh, and we kicked some Russian ass...yahoo, hell yeah, go America.

V was Stalone trying to recapture the magic of the original and falling woefully short while setting Tommy Morrison up for superstardom and big purses.

VI...hopefully will be a good storyline; but I doubt it.

I completely agree with this post.
The fourth is a complete joke. So much corn, with lots of cheesey music montages.

Re-watch the sequence in which Apollo is making his lengthy & over-the-top entrance into his fight with Drago......take notice how his gloves are on, then off, then on, then off, then on.....

i've read some reviews(movie and script) that says it much better than the last one, which isnt saying much, but still not great unless they tweak it and make some changes....

and you cant forget how his kid looked like he was 6 or 7 in the 4th one but when he returned to home from russia 6 months later or whatever his son was 16 looking that was classic.

I love how Drago's punch was measured at 2250lbs psi.....yet he couldn't KO Balboa's midget ass, even while landing 75 consecutive left hooks.

The kid was like 5 when Rocky left for Russia and 10 or 12 or 13 or something when he came back. I knew Arctic nights were long; but damn.
