Today is April 11th; the alleged date was for just over two months from now and, from Abel Sanchez's own mouth, Golovkin is still so beat up from the Jacobs fight that he doesn't see him even being in the gym for another 2 weeks.

No idea how flexible with the EXPO date Kazakhstan is, but you'd basically be talking about Golovkin having a 6-week camp at this point (before then jumping in for another camp to prep for the Alvarez fight).

K2 didn't want it to go to purse bid you moron. Haymon has deeper pockets than they do, which runs the risk of losing and being forced to drop the belt because Haymon can choose to put the fight on any channel he wanted. Which would break Golovkins contract with HBO.
