Golovkin already has an offer in hand, so what are you even talking about?
If Golovkin wants the fight, unless the offer was already rescinded, he can have the fight.
The simple reality is that Alvarez isn't going to cut K2 in on his full event, and that's unlikely to changeComment

We have a different understanding of what happened because I can read, and you can't. Here it is from your own link, dumba** lmao.that is exactly what they tried to do.....
The fight between WBA Super World middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (36-0, 33 KOs), the undefeated knockout artist from Karaganda, Kazakhstan, and WBA World middleweight champion Daniel Jacobs (32-1, 19 KOs), the “Miracle Man” from Brooklyn, New York, will likely to go to a purse bid.
the WBA refused.....
The World Boxing Association has issued a purse bid extension for the ongoing negotiations to make a middleweight showdown between middleweight champions Gennady Golovkin and Daniel Jacobs.
just another one of those strange things that you guys cannot understand I guess
some of us have got it figured out
So if GGG wanted to avoid Jacobs, he could have just waited until October 22, gotten a purse bid at 25%, and Jacobs would have dropped the regular belt. The WBA's final ruling was 25% for Jacobs, so if GGG wanted to avoid Jacobs, they would have just offered 25%. "You're not entitled to any more than this, so take it or leave it.""If they can reach an agreement by Oct. 12, we just ask for contracts,” Mendoza said. “If they can’t, I’ll call for a purse bid within 10 days [Oct. 22]"
Instead, they offered Jacobs around 40%, way more than he was entitled to. Hmm why did they do that if they didn't want to fight Jacobs LOL? I mean hot dayum you are DUMB as all hell. "Here I'm going to offer you 40% to fight me instead of 25%, I'm going to overpay you like crazy to fight me... because I don't want to fight you!" LOL that makes sense. I mean WOW you are dumb. How did you get this dumb man? I want to know what happened. Is there a story? I really just want to understand HOW. It's driving me crazy I just can't figure it out. HOW????? HOW???????????Comment

Jacobs isn't really in position to pay Saunders the $3m price that he seems to have set for leaving the UK for a defense, tbf.
Jacobs and his camp don't really need to do anything just yet; enjoy resting up with his family, and host a fight party for Alvarez-Chavez Jr.
Alvarez-ChavezJr is set to be a barnburner (ChavezJr being in phenomenal shape helps), so it's very likely that, with Cotto fighting late June, Alvarez-ChavezJr II is the likely lean for Alvarez's September PPV.
Once/If that ends up being the case, Golovkin and K2 have no other option but to call up Jacobs for another money fight (unless he's simply happy to tickover another mandatory defense while he waits).
Golovkin-Jacobs, counting the proceeds from the PPV and live gate, the event sponsors, international TV, merch, etc, likely left K2 splitting $10m between themselves, Jacobs, and Golovkin. The rematch is going to be a bigger take.
Stage the fight for the late summer (an August PPV possibly), gauge the interest in the fight from MGM Resorts (I'm pretty sure that the spectre of fighting on Mexican Independence Day in front of a packed out AT&T Stadium would outwiegh the financial impact of running the fight back at T-Mobile Arena), and push that event through the summer.Comment

Billy Joe Saunders is sharp, but he's also pretty straightforward; pay him his money, and he'll fight you wherever you want to fight. Not surprised, there was no way Golovkin was walking away from that war with Jacobs at 35 years of age and not feeling it. Jacobs touched him up a lot. He is wise to wait until September for a potential Canelo fight, but he still wants that WBO belt. Saunders may we tell GGG to get f***ed in the future.
I just have serious doubt that K2/Golovkin will ever actually come up with the money.Comment

If the choice is carrying Floyd-McGregor or carrying Alvarez-ChavezJr II or Alvarez-Golovkin, there's not a single cable satellite operator that'll choose to not carry the Floyd fight, lol.
TV Azteca will likely choose to air Alvarez-ChavezJr II, but I doubt that Televisa would pass on Floyd-McGregor to also air Alvarez-ChavezJr IIComment
