been fun calling me a hater for the last year, hasn't it
    ?
well you're a hater regardless of how this all plays out. I could never respect someone who quotes their own posts. It simply removes you from any sort of credibility.

As for why they would do this? Well thats why Im questioning it, because it makes no sense. Canelo could lose, get hurt, or simply decide to rematch Chavez, or fight someone else alltogether, and there is no way Golden boy would obligate themselves to fighting GGG next until they see the outcome of the Chavez fight, and the financials.

Saunders getting pushed back only makes sense if K2 knows the Canelo fight isnt happening. They could do the IBF mando in July or Aug, and then maybe Saunders after that. But if Warren was on the level the other day, then K2 has likely burned that bridge for good, so Saunders would be out of the picture.

None of this makes any sense, and its what I detest the most about this business. Everyone focuses all their energy trying to out-clever the next guy, when they should just worry about making good fights....

I just hope the un-named "sources" in the story are wrong. Because I would like to see the Saunders unification happen next....

Mayweather vs. Conor will have much more money behind it to promote the fight than GGG vs. Canelo.
Mayweather is on record saying that if the Connor fight happens, it'll be in June/July I forget which one but he never mentions September. He knows who owns that, its canelo. Only idiots like you would watch that wwe sh.it anyway. Canelo ggg will have my money and damn near all the Mexicans peoples money which can arguably be called the largest ppv suppliers for boxing. Canelo Chavez sold out in 10 days, is just one example of that. Canelo Chavez will better numbers than mayweather berto. Mayweather retired because after PAC fight, people lost interest in him, only way to gain it back is to "retire" and come back and people are ****** enough to eat that bs up .... puleeez ain't getting my money. Floyd is boring, talented, but boring. Truth

Canelo will always be there...but letting the belt slip by into someone else hands...wether it be canelo...khurtzide or whoever...pushes back a unification another 2 years and by then ggg will have missed his legacy fights. Whoever is advising him has no understanding of leverage. Its obvious that the belts mean something only to ggg...his money men couldnt give a shet as long as they are lining their own pockets. This fight is not a legacy fight for ggg or the red headed kunt as neither of them are going to be remembered among the greats of the sport at this point...and just fighting each other wont do it. They are dare to be rich fighters rather than dare to be great.

keep pretending that little Gennady works for K2, and happily does whatever they tell him

actually sounds kinda silly when you put it like that huh ?

          Congratulations GGG, you played yaself

Because of Saunders' inactivity, at the WBO's recent convention in Puerto Rico - the British fighter was ordered to make back to back mandatory defenses. Because of Canelo's standing as the WBO champion at 154 - if he moved forward with his decision to move up to the middleweight division, and submits a request to become the mandatory challenger to the WBO champion at 160 - Valcarcel confirms that his organization would likely approve that request. "[Canelo] could be the mandatory challenger because of being the junior middleweight champion. He could say 'make me the mandatory challenger at 160' and we would consider that. If he wants to move up and fight as the mandatory, we would consider that. Why not?," Valcarcel told BoxingScene.com.

Lol you can call it WWE **** all you want, the reality is that freak shows sell. That fight will easily do 2M PPV buys, no matter how much you dislike it.

Conor is the biggest name in combat sports. Bigger than Canelo and bigger than Floyd. He probably has more Mexican fans than Canelo. The MMA crowd will tune in, the boxing crowd will tune. Canelo will have to take a backseat to King Conor.

Disappointed. I was hoping for a Beat down of Sanders. Well I sure hope they can finalize a deal with Canelo. If the deal does not get done. What a waste of time..

I dont doubt that his input matters. Its just a question of how much. And thats a question that neither you nor I have the answer to......
This is the original article that this article is written from. Chris Mannix wrote the story. He's cool with the GGG camp and a GGG media fan

                http://sports.yahoo.com/news/sources...234008390.html

When he asked Loeffler if this was true,

Golovkin’s promoter, Tom Loeffler, declined comment.
If it's not true you say it's not true. Loeffler told Saunders he'd send him the contract over 2 weeks ago. All terms were agreed to. Saunders was waiting on the contract

                  well aboutfkntime, genius

you can simply add that decision to the pile of other decisions that made no sense either

tell me, why do you think that Mr "anyone from 154-168" totally refused to negotiate on weight with lil old faded 153lb Cotto, who was his best possible payday?

every other fighter would cut off one of their fingers for an opportunity like that

go on, I dare you to tell me that happened because Team Golovkin were sooooo concerned about the integrity of boxing?

that was bizarre as hell, never seen anything more bizarre

that was even more bizarre than the dozen-or-so excuses that Loeffler stammered out to kill any talk of fighting the known mover/spoiler Sergio Mora

I have never heard a grown man use so many nonsense excuses in one sentence to kill a fight that should have been a no-brainer at that point in time..... only to proceed and fight someone worse

if you gather together a pile of silly nonsense excuses, they still do not add up to a genuine reason

but, I guess you didn't notice any of those other bizarre things either?

Wait so Canelo ALREADY stole the Cotto fight from GGG, stole Chavez (according to Abel his Dream fight for GGG) and now might steal Saunders along with the paper WBO belt that GGG covets so badly? That would be the hat trick for Canelo. LMAO

GGG has ZERO leverage now, must just take whatever offer Golden Boy has on the table today because if he waits till after Chavez fight the offer will drop. He getting ****d at the negotiations table should of taken the 15m offer BEFORE the Jacobs fight. K2 look like phuking amateurs

you cant honestly believe there was ever a chance that Cotto would have agreed to fight GGG under ANY circumstances?? Dude are you for real?? K2 could have offered a 95-5 split Cottos way, at 153, and STILL cotto would have passed.

cmon man, there are legitimate things going on right now that people can take issue with K2/GGG about. Cotto isnt one of those things lol
