Lol, watch Canelo fight Saunders now for the WBO belt and leave Triple G out in the cold.

I said as much 2 weeks ago...once canelo takes saunders belt...its a bunch of second hand name fights ranging from 156 to 162 and golovkin will never see a chance again for all the belts. Canelo will always be there...but letting the belt slip by into someone else hands...wether it be canelo...khurtzide or whoever...pushes back a unification another 2 years and by then ggg will have missed his legacy fights. Whoever is advising him has no understanding of leverage. Its obvious that the belts mean something only to ggg...his money men couldnt give a shet as long as they are lining their own pockets. This fight is not a legacy fight for ggg or the red headed kunt as neither of them are going to be remembered among the greats of the sport at this point...and just fighting each other wont do it. They are dare to be rich fighters rather than dare to be great.

Not surprised, there was no way Golovkin was walking away from that war with Jacobs at 35 years of age and not feeling it. Jacobs touched him up a lot. He is wise to wait until September for a potential Canelo fight, but he still wants that WBO belt. Saunders may we tell GGG to get f***ed in the future.

Nobody screwed him. He's been running this scam with them. He's been the ringleader, the Kaiser Soze, acting ****** but really running the whole thing. You are jumping to conclusions, absent any facts. Neither of us have seen his promotional agreement, so we dont know what decision-making rights he has "sold" to K2 or Oleg. We dont know what level of control (if any) he truly has. If he orchestrated this whole thing, then he is brilliant beyond measure. Full of ****, but brilliant nonetheless.

I dont doubt that his input matters. Its just a question of how much. And thats a question that neither you nor I have the answer to......

Not only was he keen to fight, he was the one asking Tom where is the contract. He took it upon himself to ask Tom why he hasn't received the contract. I guess BJS didn't believe what Warren or his manager was telling him. He probably thought they were lying when they said they were waiting on Loeffler. So BJS asked Loeffler what's up with the contract and Loeffler said he was sending it but never sent it

I dont know who this "Carlos Boggs" person is, but I hope he is wrong. Not only would GGG likely get stripped of the IBF belt (canelo would not be a unification, and a mando is due), but odds are he wont get the Canelo fight anyways.

I would not be surprised one bit if he goes that route...I feel that he didn't want to go through with that Jacobs fight before fighting Canelo due to the risk involved with it.

I have been saying for the longest time..... Team Golovkin are taking the fights they want, and they are passing on the rest..... just like EVERY OTHER FIGHTER

they are making the exact same risk/reward decisions as everyone else

I'm a big GGG fan but I do think this hurts his credibility somewhat. You can't talk about all the belts so much and talk about others being business men and then pick money unifying. I'm not mad at him either, I'd do the same thing but I wouldn't try to maintain this boxing purist character image in the process.

That being said, I hope GB and K2 have a written agreement for a fight pending the outcome of Canelo vs Chavez. Not accepting the $15 mill I think was just a bargaining chip like Ward saying he'll retire vs Kovalev and then agreeing at the last minute.
