    any of cotto loses running out the ring crying. Never a good look.

      It shows you're not at your opponents level and is probably more damaging than taking a KO in a closer fight because anybody can get knocked out.

      It's pretty difficult to make your case when you've been completly outclassed.

      I remember Celestino Caballero putting an absolute whopping to Doud Yordan so much so that Celestino was close to the world record in thrown punches for the weight class, something 1000+. At one point Doud's corner said nothing as the cameras panned on and sent him back into the ring to get beat up for another 3 minutes. Doud managed one good punch in the 12th round which staggered Celestino who went back to just beating Doud up.
