Terry Flanagan apparently just fought in front of an empty Manchester Arena; Frank Warren isn't a fool, and he can see that both Lomachenko and Linares have/will have money backing from HBO (with neither guy all that interested in the UK money anyway).

Rather than do the logical move (take on Anthony Crolla, in front of a soldout Manchester Arena, in a better fight [the Petrov performance seems to make it clear that he gets washed by Lomachenko), Warren is cutting his nose to spite his face.
