This would be one for the ages. I think I am going with Mayweather. The combination of defense, speed, power and ring IQ would cause many issues for Loma.

On the other hand, Loma presents a challenge Mayweather very well might not have faced before-- a highly skilled, well conditioned fighter with a ring IQ to match. However, Mayweather's craftiness may befuddle and frustrate Loma the way Salido did.
