PBF Vs Loma @ 130 prime for prime...who wins?

Seriously Loma may be this generation's greatest fighter. Why can't this generation have a better fighter than the last generation? Most people rank Loma 1st pfp over Andre Ward and everyone else. Loma's amateur record of 398 wins and 1 loss with 2 gold medals beats the hell out of Mayweather's amateur record of 84 wins and 8 losses with 1 bronze medal. Mayweather won his first world title after 18 fights and 2 years as a pro. Loma won his first world title in his 3rd fight after only a year as a pro. Loma is number 1 pfp at 130 today. I don't think Mayweather was ever pfp number 1 at 130. It's a legit question who would have won a fight between the two of them at 130. The proof of that is so many posters think Loma would have defeated Mayweather, my self included.

Lomachenko isn't rated P4P number 1 by the ring, ESPN or TBRB so who is "most people"?? ......also I think you need to go back and look at the P4P list when Mayweather was at 130, him not being number 1 was more to do with who else was around at that time and why they had achieved.
