Lara has shown he'd fight anybody. If he wanted it and it didn't happen then something happened.

That was Lara when he was on his way up and hungry. Since then he got the Canelo payday and was still getting seven-figure purses afterwards to face Ishe and Delvin. Al Haymon has been good to Lara. These low-risk high reward fights would take away most fighters' hunger and willingness to take on all comers.

Lara vs Andrade will most likely be the fight that would be made as these 2 have nowhere else to go. Lara wants no piece of Charlo, Williams, etc. and vise versa. Same thing with Andrade. Hurd has more options and would likely impose some A-side tactics in the negotiating table when it comes to Lara, thus not an easy fight to make.

You're protecting Lara by not calling for a fight with the long time champ in the division, Charlo. Hurd gets his belt last month and u want him in with Lara today while Charlie has had his belt for how long without being called out? Cmon. P.s.
