hurd doesn't look like a bad fighter, but FFS lara shouldn't be turning down any "bigger" fights at this stage. he's not a young guy. he needs to get in with the very best at 154 if he wants to leave a meaningful mark on boxing before he leaves.
if he's just looking to make a ton of money easily and bbounce, fine. power to him. he grew up in a communist country where boxers weren't allowed to profit and he's got a family to take care of. just can't have all these little lara fangirls acting like golovkin is ducking the guy when the guy won't even fight top 154 lbers, nevermind move up to 160 and challenge for one of golovkin's several belts. if they wanted to make that fight it would have already happened. lara's manager is basically on record saying that they have not asked anybody [haymon, loeffler, the networks, literally anybody,] about making that fight, and that they call golvokin out on twitter anyway.Comment
