He will obviously win again, but even if it's close again, I want no ****** excuses from the Kovalev fanboys this time. If Ward wins, just stop the whining and accept Ward as the P4P number 1.

"Looking scared" and running literally has no impact on scoring a round, if you think that, then maybe that's your error.

The only criteria needed is the quantity of punches landed and the quality and effectiveness of those punches.

That's what we score in a fight.

Oh ok...so Kovalev landed more punches and the more damaging puches, i.e. his punches were mroe effective (thus the knock down and the quite apparent facial damage to Ward).

By your own criteria (I didn't put any words in your mouth) KOvalev won the fight.

I'm rewatching the fight right now and i'm gonna make a thread where I challenge kovalev fans to tell me which rounds they thought kovalev won and i'll pinpoint every single punch landed in that round.

In a close fight fans are always going to support the fighter they picked to win. It's the same in any sport that has subjective judging. In this case Kovalev came out ahead. The world isn't going to end. Then again there's that whole Trump as President thing and that guy in North Korea with nukes.

I'm a boxing fan and the only fighter I pick to win is the guy that landed most and the guy that landed hardest. It's not that hard to score a fight if you're not blind.

Kovalev's jab dominated the first 4 rounds, and they both landed a similar amount of jabs in the fight (48 vs 55).

Considering Ward is a light puncher, as is his jab, there's absolutely no way you can say it was the biggest weapon of the night.
