Agreed. I don't know why so many here have lost their **** so much, it was a really close fight and I would've been happy with either fighter winning, as each round was so tight.

I was pulling and I will be pulling for Ward but I thought Kovalev did just enough, however it went, I'm just glad we have a rematch to such a titanic contest.

Pack your journalists and compubox or whatever away, we all saw the fight and we saw what happened.

Ward won, deal with it and move on. Now Kovalev has gotten a rematch and trust me, you really shouldn't jump too high in joy. Kovalev do not have the neccessary skills to beat Ward, he just scored a lucky flash knockdown last time. If not for that lucky knockdown, there would be nothing to disagree about.

"Looking scared" and running literally has no impact on scoring a round, if you think that, then maybe that's your error.

The only criteria needed is the quantity of punches landed and the quality and effectiveness of those punches.

That's what we score in a fight.

Kovalev won and there is nothing anyone can say that will change the mind of all of us who watch the sport objectively.

I didn't care who was going to win the first fight as long as it was a good fight, but when one guy fights and the other guy just comes in rushing like a bull trying to get you with his horns, man, Ward lost me that night.

And again, what hurts is that all of you saying Ward won, don't dare sit down , turning the volume off and watching the fight without being hurt again.
