I was critical of the way Ward handled these things in the media because not everyone is savvy so it becomes disheartening to the fans and draws criticism from the critics.

But, let's be honest, anyone with 2¢ with of grey matter knew he was simply playing the negotiation game, just liked Kovalev was with his social media tantrums. As I said, Ward proved these clowns wrong once again...

I agree. But I became less critical because we already know Kathy Duva's game is to snitch to the media to make the other side look like the bad guy. She's already been exposed as all talk when she backed down from the purse bid and blocked Kovalev/Stevenson from happening.
