GGG looked about as good against B- Class NO MEDALS and NO real BELTS Jacobs then Canelo did against 2 GOLD, 1 SILVER Olympian. P4P STILL Top 20. And CURRENT Champion of a MAJOR belt.... But some POS said Canelo has NEVER fought anyone better than Chinny, chin Jacobs. He's good but he's got some SERIOUS issues with that Chin. Khan has an F Ranked Chin. Jacobs a D.

Everyone predicted GGG's PPVs were going to 150-200K buys. If it fell under that, then it would hurt his PPV stock. If it went over that, it helps his PPV stock.

It fell exactly in the range where Oscar probably thought it would fall. DLH is complaining about the PPV buys when he knew that's what would happen to begin with.

Unless he made his verbal agreement under the impression GGG was going to sell like 400K buys (then he'd have a right to rescind his offer but it would also make him an idiot for thinking it'd ever get that high), there's no reason to complain about GGG's PPV buy because that's what you expected to begin with.

It's really not that difficult K2 took the gamble that they could boost GGG star power from last fall when they got the offer so they could demand more money. And it backfired and as noise kept coming out that the Jacobs fight wasn't going to sell well that's when they needed to say we'll we tried but we need to take this offer now. They didn't because they a bunch of idiots and hurt GGGs stock and value. Golden boy is going to offer what you worth now they are not obligated to pay you what they thought you were worth a year ago. Shyt has changed. They ain't running a charity. I've seen Ward compared to Jacobs a couple times on this site. And honestly, I don't see it. To me, Ward has always reminded me of a more athletic version of Bernard Hopkins. He isn't necessarily better than Hopkins. Because I think Hopkins had a lil more dog in him.

I think Ward-GGG would play out very similar to the way Hopkins-Trinidad did. I think you would be putting a technically superior guy in Ward, in the ring with a smaller opponent that punches hard. But outside of that, is a lil limited. And I think Tito was a much better fighter than GGG. I think Tito had that Julian Jackson, George Foreman, Joe Louis type once in a generation power. GGG isn't on that level. I think he was also physically more talented as far as handspeed and quickness. I also think one of the more underrated parts of Hopkins game was how physically strong he was as a middleweight. He basically bullied Tito around the ring and then disposed of him. I think Ward would do the same to GGG. I don't think he would stop GGG because I think he would be content to win an easy decision. Hence, he's not the dog B-Hop was. But Ward would beat up and embarrass Gennady.

Your scenario is wrong. GGG's market value didn't change whereas your house scenario did. We all knew GGG's value in the PPV market was 150-200K buys.

A better scenario is if I offered you $400,000 for your house when I know it's worth $300,000 and a week later, I reduce it to $300,000 afterward. You're obviously going to be disappointed and may not want to do business with me if I'm going to go against my word and would probably try to sell your house to someone else.

Financially it makes much more sense for me to reduce my offer from $400,000 to $300,000 but business goes more than just numbers. Otherwise fights like the Manny-Floyd fight would've happened a long time ago.

Or if your LAND is worth $2,500,000 and someone OFFERS you $15,000,000 BUT you KNOW they are rich want 40% of what they will make off your land... But no one ELSE want that SHT SWAMP.

Because ggg lost that fight,it makes canelo vs ggg less a draw now.its about leverage,gigi has none anymore,he doesn't look so unbeatable anymore so his own groupies won't even pay for the fight like always. G gave up his only card remaining. Hes the type of fighter whom loses all his fans as soon as he loses a fight,his gggroupies are bandwagoners who jump on whoevers nuts they see as unbeatable,when he gets his 1st official loss hell never draw even half what he does now.

But he didn't lose. Until that happens, the intrigue about Canelo-GGG is there. In fact, it only enhances it.

Wouldn't even take a round. Just to WIN. And I would DOUBLE it.

Your statement contradicts itself.

If my land was ****, no one would offer $15 million.

If they did offer $15 million, that would either mean that:

(1) the buyer plans to lose money
(2) if they can recuperate the value of the revenue, then it would prove that the land is worth more than the $15 million it cost to buy.

Well does DLH:

(1) want to lose money on purpose?
(2) know he can recover the $15 million and can gain a much larger share of the revenue?

If he can recover $15 mil easily, then that would mean GGG brings enough intrigue in the fight and plays a big reason in why there's a high revenue value.

If he can't recover the $15 mil, then he would lose money but then it makes him an idiot for losing money on purpose.

Think about what DLH wants and the answer between the 2 questions is pretty clear.

At this point who cares, I say don't fight Canelo their team clearly don't want it, it's obvious why Golovkin's team want it but at this point, it's clearly not worth pursuing anymore.

It's time to seek greener pasture, BJS next If possible would be the fight to make although It's not going to be a PPV fight, and I doubt If he is to fight Daniel Jacobs in a rematch that, that fight doesn't deserve to be on PPV because Jacobs didn't do enough in the first fight It was a close but a decisive win for Golovkin, casual fans want to see wars, not technical boxing match-ups which is what they'd have to settle for If It's Jacobs again.

So you're basically saying Ward couldn't outbox Golovkin and win with sheer skills, he only wins because of his size?
