That's it? That's all you can say about a guy that was in his second pro fight? With everything I posted, do you think Garcia would've "destroyed" salido in his 2nd pro fight?

While Garcia beat salido, was salido on weight? How much did he outweigh Mikey by?

Mikey's first 2 pro fights had a total of 0 wins and 4 losses.

Mikey's first 8 fights had opponents with a total of 34-54-1. Out of those 8 opponents only 1 had a winning record of 2-0-1. His 9th opponent was 12-40-4.
Loma turned pro as a mature, grown man at 25 with 300 amatuer fights

no one made excuses for mayweather the times he was outweighed by 10+ pounds vs cotto, corrales, castillo, maidana or when his opponents got dirty etc....

      Special fighters adapt and adjust

id like to see loma in with another fighter who wont be in awe of his formidible skills....a rough tough guy

he has to prove he can deal with all styles like everyone else

You mean 400 hundred amateur fights.

          plus

He fought in some PRO tournaments.

Interestingly enough, when one brings up an amateur record and it doesn't fit their agenda, they say "well that was the amateurs". Therefore, I can now say "that was the amateurs"?

Ask any unbiased person who has seen that foul fest and they will tell you salido should've had multiple points taken. However, even with that, down the stretch, Salido was losing and got hurt, 1 judge felt lomachencho won. It's not like it was some blow out of a fight was it?

Mayweather also got the nod against castillo...a fight that was every bit as close as loma vs salido. If loma would have gotten the decision, there'd be nothing to talk about but a learning experience, which is what that fight was...and a valuable one.

Floyd also gave an immediate rematch to clear things up.

I'd like to see him in with a top rated rugged guy before going overboard

Loma is the goods...he has to prove his greatness in time

What does a fight from four years ago at 130 have to do with a fight today? He still walked into the ring two weight classes heavier. At 135 I suspect he does the same thing. This is Robert Garcia's method of training fighters. Drain them down and blow them up.

The subject of weight came up...I'm stating the fact that at 130 he was 12 lbs above by fight night
