Most promoters feel the risk is not worth the reward with the aging ortiz. It's sad because the guy has some really good skills! I have never been a fan of haymon for specific reasons but i think a guy like ortiz who falls into a situation like this where most big time promoters want nothing to do with you is where haymon is good for boxing. We have seen for decades where promoters leave certain fighters hanging out to dry because they lost a fight, doesn't have a big following, or doesn't have the so call fan friendly style. Hopefully ortiz can get more active with competitive fights,
in the lawsuit that golden boy filed against haymon it was revealed in documents that ortiz asked golden by for permission to fight pbc... They told him no way..... Thats why he left those dirty lying snakes at golden girl ****tions....

You are a joke you use to hate on Ortiz especially when he wanted to fight Wilder but he signs with Haymon his balls go right in your mouth now.

even a federal judge said haymon is the only boxing promoter that is helping boxers.... He also said because of pbc boxers purses are going up..... Its funny how countless fighters love haymon but people like yourself with no knowledge of the inner workings of the boxing game dislike him..... The propaganda campaign against haymon has been very successful clearly

that's Ortiz problem he signed with small time Dade Promotions they have their hooks in him on some lifetime crooked type contract. Every major promototer he co-signed with or worked with have all bumped heads with Dade meddling, first golden boy, then hearn, we will see if Dade finally take a backseat and let haymon work in peace. But Ortiz is so old and has a nightmare contract with Dade that's been holding him back.

That's what happens when you are a racist drug addict.
even in the lawsuit golden girls own financial expert had to admit under oath that 95% of fighters on golden girls roster are losing money lmfao..... Golden girl is pretty much canelo promotion... He runs that company and oscar is his exmployee

ortiz problem is dade promotions who bumped heads with golden boy until they had enough and agreed to be bought out for millions. Then the manager says they signed with hearn and after a few fights dade promotions comes out talking smack turning down fights and voicing displeasure. And now enter haymon. If dade finally stops meddling and let's haymon do his job this could work out. But my gut says in short time dade will start bumping heads with haymon too.
even when ortiz was on golden girl he asked them to let him fight on pbc cards... They told him hell no.... This information was released in the court case that they filed against pbc....
