Someone at a party after the Mayweather-Pac fight (a Floyd fan with a TMT shirt) told me Floyd was almost TKO'd in the amateurs but Kenny Bayless was the ref and saved Floyd from getting stopped.

He claimed he had a video and showed me a YouTube clip of the Zab Judah fight when Floyd got dropped.

I was like wtf? I didn't even know where to start so I just handed his phone back to him and said, "cool video bro."

I find the excuses about Tyson's 'prime' one of the funniest in boxing. According to casuals Tyson's prime lasted 5 years from his debut & surprisingly ended when he fought guys who had some talent or weren't terrified of him ala Michael Spinks.

I'm not ripping on Tyson by the way, he was deadly but wasn't the best ever and struggled with top guys. The notion that he'd beat any heavyweight in history in his prime is widely spread idiocy among casuals.

So yeah, I basically didn't want to correct him since he was a total lost cause. He was a little drunk and happy Floyd beat Pac and told me he even won some bets, so I let him believe whatever he wanted to. It was a good night for him.
