Ward should just go to Cruiser and get a belt!

Forget Kovalev. Ward won't get any credit if it comes close again. There will be excuses that he prolonged on purpose to make Kovalev old or some other dumb excuses that the post PAC bandwagoners can make up.

Bellew set a good example. Bellew now has more stock. Both Bellew and Ward were in Creed.... I can see some marketing schemes there..

Ward said he'd like to end at Heavy. This is a good test to get there. Take Bellew for example.

Tired of the Kovalev stuff. Kovalev can follow north if we wants. There are other sharks at Cruiser waiting for the Krusher. Last man standing shall be victorious.

I agree. The Kovalev-Ward fight wasn't close at all, Kovalev barely won a round. He landed a lucky punch and Ward slipped. That's the only round I gave to him only because the biased ref called it a knock down. I also deducted a point from Kovalev in every other round because of that ****** grin he always has. Ward really won by a landslide but the judges wanted to make it close to take away from Ward.

It was also hilarious how biased the HBO commentators were. Kovalev clearly missed every punch they say he landed.

          i love these lunatics!

"US judges and ref let ward win"

so exactly how did the US benefit from that in a way they wouldnt have if jacobs beat golovkin?

i mean wouldnt that have been huge? huge story and morale boost? the golden boy? beats cancer and then takes down the huge star golovkin? that would have been something right? but no....golovkins US judges favored him in a close fight....

so how exactly did anyone benefit from ward beating kovalev? the answer is no one did....it was just 3 judges watching from 3 different spots that werent watching from the same POV as the home audience...they all favored wards work...deal with it you pansies

HBO is prob shook as all hail right now that ward/hunter is talking 168....they will prob tell ward "we'll only pay/sign you if you say you cant make 175 anymore and move to cruiser"...like they did the last time ward called golovkin

hbo paid ward out some nice golovkin protection money....they paid him almost 2 mil to spar alex brand just to keep golovkin safe

Did you read my post? I said the judges were biased against Ward. Ward should've won like 118-90. Kovalev basically quit at the end.

no one benefited from ward winning...yet that seems all you apologists can focus on is "wards US judges"...where were these US judges/refs when jacobs/golovkin happened?

There are four councils at Cruiser... four delicious belts. Ward went to Kovalev to avoid GGG they said... Ward went Cruiser to avoid Kovalev... meanwhile Kovalev stays in his lane begging for a Stevenson fight or doing interviews for the next 20 years how the USA robbed him. Who cares. Let's see Ward move up again! Take the green strap!

You're an idiot. I was being sarcastic because the thread starter is a troll.

While I think you can make a stronger argument for Kovalev winning, its not so inconceivable to have given Ward one extra round. So I believe Kovalev won but it wasn't a robbery and I don't think nationalism had anything to do with the decision.
