I think the 2017 list has so many guys that are still developing that you almost have to lean toward them. We don't even kno where TC, Loma, and Inoue will be but I project them to be better than all from 2007 except FLoyd, Manny and Bhop.

Canelo is also really young and has a lot of fights ahead of him.

Bare in mind, that guys like Floyd, Manny, Hopkins or Marquez weren't yet what they are today and some of them hadn't even won their biggest fights. Mainly Floyd and jmm which were against another guy on that list, Pacquiao.

                Overall these lists are comparable.

This was the Pound-for-Pound list when I got into boxing in 2000:

9 of them being for sure hall of famers.
                  1. Shane Mosley
                  2. Felix Trinidad
                  3. Roy Jones Jr.
                  4. Oscar De La Hoya
                  5. Diego Corrales
                  6. Naseem Hamed
                  7. Floyd Mayweather Jr.
                  8. Lennox Lewis
                  9. Erik Morales
                  10. Bernard Hopkins

                  - from today's list, I see maybe 3-4 with Hall of Fame credentials, currently.

Hopkins biggest win was Trinidad well before this list, floyds biggest win was Oscar during this lists time. Pacs biggest wins were berrera and morales a few years before. Only Marquez and cotto biggest wins came after.

Floyd's biggest win is Pacquiao, whether you or me like it or not.
