Lemieux being added is a clear message to GGG either sign the contract or you can go fight bum saunders in June and we giving the Sept payday to lemieux. If the fight is close Chavez rematch, cotto rematch or lemieux in Sept and GGG has to wait till 2018. GGG has no leverage if he's smart take the deal now and iron out the rest of the details after the Chavez fight. Go directly into mega fight in Sept make a career payday. Holding out for more money and dinking around with a June fight is not worth the risk.

It has nothing to do with GGG. Oscar was always going to make Canelo vs Lemieux regardless. It's why he signed Lemieux in the first place

Yeah good under card we will find out right away if matthyssee is physcially healthy and still has the hunger if not Taylor will beat him he's a good fighter. Jojo will either sink or swim with the step up. And lemieux has the chance to knock out a guy Chavez jr couldn't.

Damn. Why waste Lemeiux against a nobody? He had a meaningful win and a great knockout. He should have been brought back in June versus a real contender.

Glad Jo Jo is back but Ronnie Rios deserved that not Avila. Avila got an absolute gift his last fight. Jo Jo has way more skills than Avila.

I will say this this entire card is way better than the Liam Smith card.

Showcase fight for lemiuex as leverage against GGG. Lemieux is now a serious contender for that Sept date against canelo. Makes no sense to put lemiuex in a tough fight now he is plan B for sept. If GGG is smart he signs now and cancels that ****** June fight. If GGG/Canelo gets made then you put lemiuex in a tough fight where he is the main event but not before.

Are you kidding. This card is pure doo doo. The only fight that matches up two guys at a similar level is that opening fight between the two undefeated guys. Every other fight is a good fighter against a journeyman. This card is stacked...with showcase fights.
