Shane was coming off of a win in which he beat the absolute **** out of marga******o, also a very close loss to cotto. He was asked straight up after his second win over vargas and he said he had a toothache...that was in 06. Shane ducked the fight for years.

DLH wasn't prime, but he wasn't drained and shot like in the Pacquiao fight (and like most of Manny's opponents)...so prime? No, still good enough to beat top level guys at 154? Imo yes.
