  • So5'9" Canelo at 26 yrs old is supposed to face fighters that are up to 6'1" as well as the best in their divisions every fight? Hes supposed to fight at multiple weights, hes supposed to jump 15 lbs instead of 10 to face a 6'1" lhw with a far better record than ggg? Hes weightdraining chavez by not accommodating him by moving up 15 lbs. So chavezcito need not stay disciplined? Hes also supposed to give the other fighter half his money because the other fighter said so? Hes also supposed to move up or down randomly each fight to face the best at both jmw & mw? Ggg on the other hand should not be judged on actual resume but by duckers resume oh sorry supposed duckers resume? When gs retired the hall of fame will say even though you chose the weakest unknown fighters with horrible records you are still a legend because were sure if youd fought those hof fighters youd have won. Its those guys who are a disgrace even though they all fought each other? Ggg is such a special talent that he doesn't need to fight bigger guys because its unfair to him to not be the bigger man,& if he loses to a 1 off bigger man he didnt lose because he was at a disadvantage & it shouldn't count? We ALL KNOW G WOULD DESTROY ANYONE FROM 154-168 SO HE DOESNT NEED TO MESS UP HIS FACIAL SCRUB BY FIGHTING THOSE PUSHOVER P4P CHAMPIONS? Only a moron like me would ever doubt such truths?:bukkake:

So of all of GGG's options, Saunders is the worst. Yet his fans claim he's the priority. That's ridiculous. And its not hating to point it out.
Of all of GGG's options Saunders is not the worst. Believe me, if GGG is ducked by Saunders and Canelo and can't come to terms with Jacobs on a rematch the opposition can get significantly worse. I'm talking Tureano Johnson, Andy Lee and the guy who comes out on top of the N'Dam/Murata/Rob Brant mandatory fiasco. So yea, the opposition can get worse. With the kind of year GGG can potentially have to finish it out with that trio would be super depressing.

As for the boxrec.com thing. I was agreeing with you while at the same time pointing out that its so silly that you should even have bothered to bring it up.

I didn't look at it that way.

I'm talking legitimate options. Of course GGG could always move up. But that's what great fighters do. And we know he ain't great.

As for boxrec. Its the only rating source I know that rates into the hundreds. I've actually had to boxrec several of GGG's opponents. Even though I don't go by they're ratings 100%. How much can you actually dispute Saunders P4P rating. He's not very good.

By comparison, Jacobs is #32 and Jemall Charlo #21. Saunders is pretty much a bum holding a belt. Charlo would be interesting. But, beating Heiland doesn't exactly make me wanna see him fight GGG over Jacobs. I scored the fight for Jacobs, as did many others. Erasing that doubt is more important than anything outside of a Canelo fight for Gennady.
I think becoming undisputed champion means more right now than having a rematch. We al know the rematch won't happen this year unless GBP pulls some BS about GGG fighting in June. Then maybe we get it in December.

                • I'd ratter root for another underdog againts GGG. Than hear him say:"Give me my Belt" again.

People can spit on Saunders all they want, but If he's got the courage and the honor to defend his title, he diserve my respect.

Those guys are legitimate options. They just suck compared to the guys GGG hopes to fight.

Also, I want to get you on record as to saying that Marvin Hagler isn't a great fighter. After all, great fighters move up.

Great fighters don't need to move up. They just need to be in great fights against the best opposition they can get. GGG has consistently fought the best guys who were willing to get in the ring with him. More importantly,160 is going to get an infusion of young talented fighters in the next year or so. If GGG unifies the belts they are all going to work their way into become his mandatories. Jermall Charlo just needs to get past Jorge Sebastian Heiland to become GGG's mandatory for the WBA. Why move up just when things are going to get good? We're about to see the most talented middleweight division in years. If GGG can make 160 he should stay at 160 and try to hold the line against all these young lions.

if Ward avoids Kovalev, but beats Stevenson to gain the remaining WBC title..... will Ward be undisputed ?

undisputed means, there is no doubt

so..... Golovkin will be " undisputed ", despite the fact many think Jacobs can beat him, let alone Canelo?
