Why does GGG have to take everyone out at 160 multiple times, no one else? And then he gets no credit for it because the other guys, while elite talents, never did **** in the ring to prove it before fighting him, so suddenly everyone gets surprised. I mean at least Jacobs took out Quillin, that was something, but unlucky for both him and GGG, it happened so quick that no one knew how good that really meant Jacobs was.

I'm up for a rematch, with a normal weigh-in this time of course, but preferably Jacobs could take out Jermall Charlo or someone like that first so that it proves to everyone what a high caliber opponent he is, and what a good matchup this is. Otherwise the matchup will not get the credit it deserves. GGG is hard at work bringing the credibility to his fights, going after every belt, plus Canelo. Why can't Jacobs do the same? He doesn't need to beat two guys before the rematch, like GGG is planning on with Canelo and Saunders, but even if you can't match GGG, is at least one guy too much to ask? And not someone GGG already beat. Go take out Degale at a catch weight, or Charlo or hell even Lara since people say Lara is so great, then rematch GGG.

Actually that's what I want to see. Since all the haters say Lara would beat GGG, I want to see Lara fight 182 pounds Jacobs with the same reach as him, similar speed, and way, way more power, see Lara get knocked out, and that way people will understand how good Jacobs is, and how good GGG is that he beat this guy at his peak.

THAT is what would sell the rematch the best. GGG takes out Canelo, Jacobs takes out the guy who almost beat Canelo Lara, and then GGG and Jacobs rematch. With a normal weigh-in this time. 330 pm, not 6am.

I think Jacobs did fantastic, but really he only won 4 or maybe 5 rounds. No-one expected such a strong performance. Sorry, but power punches to the gloves/arms don't quite equal the hard jabs on the chin (rocking the head back). He just did not do enough to win and should have probably pushed things earlier in the contest to get the victory. Maybe next time he can do it...

The GGG camp should require that Jacobs can't rehydrate to more than 170.

Just a thought - Jacobs could fight the winner of next month's Khurtsidze/Langford. That'd either make him GGG's mando again or the new WBO champ.

It would be very smart to get one or both back on in the next Canelo or Golovkin fight for the exposure.
Nobody wants to see Jacobs/Lemieux. Lemieux gets beat easily in the fight and it wouldn't make any money. It's a waste of Danny's time. If he can't get back on GGG's radar, then he's better served taking a fight with Lee (in NYC) and then Charlo after he gets comfy at 160.

David Lemieux is just a decent professional fighter and his record shows that. Beating a 5'7 Stevens means nothing.

Yes, I love the idea of Jacobs-Lemieux also... I bet his manager will be scared to pull the trigger on that one though. This guy is so butt-hurt that Danny lost even though he was 20 lbs heavier than GGG on fight night!!! 5-10 lbs, no big deal but 20 lbs... That's a big deal!!! Unlike most guys GGG looks at boxing as his job, why in the **** would he be scared of a guy he just beat?!?! Of course he is gonna try to fight Canela's b1tch a** first, he'd be an idiot not too... Jacobs' manager is a total **** btw...

The GGG vs Jacobs weigh-in situation was a bit of a joke. Both sides should be under the same conditions if they are fighting, no allowances given. Hopefully future fights enforce that both sides meet the same-day weigh ins. Can for the boxing people of the world.... we just please see Money Mayweather VS GGG at 154-160 for some Fake WBC Platinum/Emerald Title (if below middleweight). GGG looks to be the smallest of the genuine middleweights. Definitely not too big, beatable on his Jacobs effort, but more important capable of boxing against a champion and not a novice bum like McGregor will be. Unless they include elbows/grappling the fight it will not be worth 2 cents. If Mayweather could win the middleweight title at 160 vs GGG, he could rightly claim to be one of the all time greats...

I would like to see them go at it again. I just won't pay for it the way I didn't pay for their first fight. It's not a fight that warrants $65. This is more of a $39.95 type of ppv fight.

I don't see a reason for an immediate rematch.

First & maybe most importantly it wasn't a fun fight so there isn't all that much excitement to look forward to in a rematch.

Second the fight wasn't reallllllly controversial it was just a close fight that either guy could have won. I don't necessarily agree that just cuz a fight was close an immediate rematch should happen in particular when the champion wins. If a challenger wins I'm more apt to understand a rematch, but even then I wouldn't always think an immediate rematch should necessarily be the plan.
