This is garbage like the fury Vs klitschko rematch. It's been 4 months so the rematch should have already happened this month.Comment

Yip, and this is exactly the tactic that Ward is pursuing imo.
The surprising thing is that Kovalev and his team are falling for it.
They should remember, Ward cannot fight anyone else before rematching Kovalev!Comment

I have zero problem owning up to a mistake I make calling something. And for the 1000th time, I don't care if a fighter is from whatever country, whatever race. I only go by talent and whether they put on a good show for the fans. And let me expand on that. If you're so chicken you can't even take any chances, you have to do a boooorrriiinnng fight to win, GTF outta the fight biz. It's that simple IMO. Ward lost the fight, in what most agree was a bought-and-paid-for fiasco. IF (yuge IF) he does fight the rematch, and wins convincingly, then yeah I'll give him a thumbs up. But I can tell you straight up, IF he wins it will be by running a track meet all night.Well there you have it. Ward will retire as a "chicken", Kovalev will fight Beterbiev, and life goes on. On the hand, if the rematch goes through (more than likely it will). God forbid Ward wins again. I'm sure you'll find something else to rant about again. I get it, you don't like Ward. He's too good, too boring, and he's not European. Just come out and say it so we can end this.Comment

Utilizing defense in your game plan is boring? Is a guaranteed KO your idea of boxing? Is a one sided fight against an overmatched opponent where there is a guaranteed KO exciting to you? The fight between Kovalev and Ward was actually a good fight. The reason it was good is because Ward engaged when it was necessary. If he didn't no one make the argument that he won.
.
You can't be serious. You're telling me that Ward fought Kovalev by running. Ward stood his ground, attacked Kovalev to the body, and slowed Kovalev's output. That's how he won in the first fight and he can pretty much do the same thing again. It's up to Kovalev to step up his offense and leave it out the judges hands.Comment

Way more believe Ward lost the fight. And it looks like he'll chicken out from the rematch. That speaks volumes right there. What's the timeframe til you finally realize Ward isn't God like you think he is? A year? If he retires? You Ward clowns are really delusional sometimes. No worries.Utilizing defense in your game plan is boring? Is a guaranteed KO your idea of boxing? Is a one sided fight against an overmatched opponent where there is a guaranteed KO exciting to you?
