Not unreasonable...but when does that patience run out? It's been over 4 months and nothing. I mean, if there was some negotiating going on, why would kovalev bother saying the type of **** he's been saying. Assuming he wants the rematch, and they are in the process of getting it done...why would he randomly talk a bunch of trash in public? I just hope the problem isn't between ward and his promoter.

At some point, someone moves on. I agree that they must be in negotiations for this banter to be happening. I just hope Ward is seeing what he can get, then takes it. That's being a smart businessmen.
If he's holding out for a certain figure and bails if he doesn't get it, that loses my respect. Yes, you're a businessman, but you're also an entertainer.

The timeline is already pushing it a little for me. I got irritated with Fury when he did this exact shyt last spring (before all the real drama happened). And, I lost a ton of respect for Jacobs when he made Golovkin wait an extra 3 months. This is starting to head down that road so I'm hoping they're getting close to wrapping this up.
