Jacobs fight was tougher than expected, GGG almost lost lol.

You don't care about GGG proving himself or anything like that like you love to say when challenged over your hatred for GGG.

You just want to see him get beaten. You didn't think there was anybody in MW who could do that so you demanded GGG to move up. But now, when a MW you didn't think was capable of beating Golovkin has actually almost done it, you suddenly want GGG to stay in his division. Geez I wonder why
I thought you followed boxing? After the GGG/Wade fight GGG was supposed to fight Canelo after the Canelo/Khan fight. Canelo waited a couple weeks and dropped the belt. The WBA had said previously they would wait for the WBC decision before they called a mandatory. GGG was in negotiations with Chris Eubank Jr so the WBA didn't call the mandatory. Suddenly Brook comes into the picture and the WBA gets pissed of and refuses to sanction the fight then immediately calls the mandatory after the Brook/GGG fight.

Why not? he could test himself against guys at 168, like people want GGG to.

Also, Jacobs does make 160 but considering he refused to get weighed the next day, it's fairly obvious it's not easy.

And what does that have to do with what I said?

The Brook fight was a disgrace, and everybody, including you and me, has roasted Golovkin for it and rightfully so.

Do you even know what you're outraged about?

He just tested himself against GGG, it was a close fight. Why not test himself again? There's also Jermall Charlo now and Canelo settling in to the MW division if he beats Chavez Jr. Derevyanchenko is coming along nicely and just got an impressive win. The division is heating up. If you can't see that I don't know what to tell you.

Why is MW getting hot now? Derevyanchenko is rising. Jermall Charlo just came into the division (a fighter Maxi claimed was hiding at 154 to ducke GGG) Jacobs just proved he's as good as GGG and deserves a rematch. If Canelo wins he settles into MW. You don't think MW is heating up?

I'm sorry but Team Triple Gift is full of ****. The timing of this whole "move up to 168" business is suspect given that their only real money fight is at 160. The only way the move to 168 makes sense is if they're targeting Chavez in the event he upsets Canelo. Otherwise it's total BS. There are NO fights to be had @ 168. Sounds to me like they want to duck the Jacobs rematch and the likely Charlo mandatory...

People wanted him to move up when there was no real competition. The platform's changed.

I never thought MW was weak in the first place. It's an OK division, a division like many others in boxing today.

You on the other hand, didn't think that. Or maybe you did,it doesn't matter. What matters is that you thought GGG was unbeatable at that weight, therefore you demanded him to move up where he could get beaten by fighters that are bigger than him.

But now, when we've seen that Golovkin can be beaten by other middleweights you've changed your tune and don't want him to 'move up and dare to be great' anymore.

You guys are just too transparent, that's all.
