Bullshlt ! Forever until manureweather the challenger had to Beat and TAKE the title form the champ. Big D didn't win enough rounds never hurt the champ was not the effective aggressor and where was this one shot killer ?

Fable Sanchez's ride is almost over... GGGift's "Big drama show" is in its final season. HBO is gonna begin making you casuals watch the Lomachenko show. (I've been a huge fan of this show until you chit heads jump on the bandwagon & ruin it like u did GEE)

Size: Won't be an issue , CANELO is fighting at the full 160 and is about to fight at 165 against a 168 pound fighter that is bigger , stronger and maybe more powerful then Gennady, in Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

Defense:CANELO has Elite Caliber defensive skills & great reflexes. Great defense from all 3 distances. Held Cotto & Kirkland to only 21% of their total punches.

        Cotto: HOF/Current Top 10 P4P & Lineal Middleweight Champion

Kirkland: One of boxing's most brutal come forward pressure fighter destroyer types with explosive KO power in both hands.

Look at the defensive skills against Trout & others.

Not just the size & defense but CANELO is gifted + High Boxing IQ, he has too many tools to lose to a guy like Gennady, who is too slow , basic , predictable and his defense is very bad. CANELO is going to make him miss and make him pay.
GGG PLAYS CHECKERS , CANELO PLAYS CHESS!

GGG will come in like a big rat trying to get some cheese, CANELO will set a trap then BOOM!(down & out goes GGG)

Roy Jones Jr. "He's not getting up Jim!"
        (Roy Jones+Jim Lampley+Max K all teared up)

The CANELO that fough Kikland & Cotto dominates , annihilates & obliterates Gennady.

CANELO has faced better more difficult fighters then Golovkin

The crazy thing is, even though GGG struggled against Jacobs in that fight on Saturday, it doesn't make me believe any more that Canelo can do better. Jacobs has a few intangibles over Canelo imho, and Canelo's footwork may be the downfall in his fight with Golovkin.

Jacobs is a special fighter and the one time he was caught cold and knocked silly by Pirog is clearly not a representation of his chin being weak.
If you compare their seven or eight best opponent contenders, at the time they fought them, Hopkins opposition is better. Also, that Hopkins, stops guys like, Geale, Macklin, Murray, Rubio, Wade, Monroe, Lemieux, Stevens etc, Outside of Jacobs, Golovkins resume is trash. Young Hopkins, had no problem getting stoppages against trash. Soft opponents like Geale against Hopkins would have been brutalized.

Nothing crazy about that. Eternal truth of boxing: styles make fights.

I'd take it a step further and state that there probably isn't a middleweight today that wouldn't have been dropped and badly hurt, by that perfectly placed right hand, that Pirog threw.

they dont ,they do whatever they fell ,there is not such thing as "you need to take it from champ" in boxing ,its used to justify home judging (not talking about this fight)

Im not sying that rule like this would be bad ,but its a myth
