Should Gennady "Gift" Golovkin give Jacobs a rematch instead of going after Canelo?

agreed,at 35 years old he should go for the money and if he can bring ALL the belts to a Canelo fight then its even better.

He beats Canelo then a rematch with Jacobs isnt a bad fight to make, thats if Jacobs is still making 160 in 2018.

The bigger question is: Will BJS turn up to a GGG fight?

sure if he wants to please a minority of fans who think throwing punches that dont land=winning. no matter what happened they would call it a robbery so thats why no one takes them seriously

Jacobs deserves a rematch, but Canelo is the fight people demand, so it should happen next.

If Canelo isn't next, I wanna see a rematch. Jacobs fought hard and performed higher than expectations. He made it close, but he didn't win.

No reason for a June fight when he has bigger fight on table 15m and the A side says you sign in June we giving the payday to someone else in sept.
what a surprise you think the guy who landed less and the punches of lesser quality won. im shocked. its almost like you think whoever you like deserves to win no matter what happens. this is why having a set way to score fights is a good thing to have. a stable thing. just look at the who lands better punches. ok it was ggg therefore he deserves to win. ok it was kovaleve therefore he deserves to win. this way theres no need to do mental gymnastics and twist your brain into a pretzel to explain why your favs deserve to win.

And you don't know shyt about boxing said going in GGG would KO Jacobs that didn't happen now you making excuses why he looked like dog shyt. Jacobs out boxed him and exposed what I already been saying about GGG. Sorry if that upsets you.

Ward is contractually obligated to give Kovalev a rematch. GGG isn't. Do you see the difference?

So, in taking it down to strictly legal terms you make it clear that you think Jacobs won, just as you feel Kovalev won. Because, as you said, the only difference here is one had a clause.

                  Joe Cortez saw it 115-112.

I think we got a bit caugh up in the pre fight expectations. Genna clearly outlanded, dropped and hurt Jacbos multiple times. Victory was clear. Not easy or wide, but clear.

                    I believe so, yes.

I thought Jacobs won (as do many) and when that's the case, a rematch makes sense. Saunders is crap, so it's not as if there is a better fight to be made.

No, the only difference between Jacobs and Ward rematch is that, Jacobs didn't get a gift, while Ward got an early Christmas gift from the judges.
