This is his real division, like Chavez Jr, this guy was bullying people in lowers weights.
To me he even looked sluggish and drained at this weight. I think his natural weight class is 118 or 122 but he loses all his advantages if he fought those guys.

I was just saying in another thread that I think Roman is on his way down.

It's an uphill battle from here and he will be done in a couple of fights depending on who he fights.

But if he fights two out of Estrada, Cuadras and the Thai dude in any order, that will definitely spell the end of his career. It's not a coincidence that he has average/sluggish in both of his last 2 fights.

Roman does not have skills and his defense is sh.it, he is a one dimensional fighter with a lot stamina but stopping all with his face.
The smaller the division the more the weight factors in and Floyd is the best defensive fighter of this generation it all makes a difference.

Roman does not have the skills of Floyd but he great in his own right.

This... this guy depends a lot of his superior weight.

He is not near to be on that level, he is like a Santa Cruz.

This is simple, he can't make the 112 pounds, he had like 5 fights in 115 pounds BEFORE the Cuadras fight.

Rungvisai got Gonzalez at the perfect time. Estrada and Cuadras beat the prime out of Gonzalez and left him ripe for the taking.

I'd like to point out that I've stated Gonzalez is heavily over-rated for well over a year. This was coming.

                  He's a really good fighter, but he's no P4P #1.

Well now hopefully people can appreciate him for what he is, he's an exciting although limited fighter with good power, chin and heart.

Now people can just enjoy his fights without judging him and trying to see if he lives up to their expectations.

He deserved to be in p4p list, just never should have been #1.
