Now this seems odd to these noob fans but what they don't realise is that this type of thing used to be the norm for fighters back in the day. Sugar Ray Robinson,
Archie Moore etc weren't fightin just once or twice a year..
Yes this is 100% true.
When it comes to boxrec however it is always good to remember that a pro debuter record might just be an incomplete record. those show up as a pro debut.
(There is a page on boxrec explainig this)Comment

Cuadras needs to move up to 118 pounds, that's the reason why he looked like trash, but Cuadras is not the god of my country like that midget that lost vs a Thai is.

When you look at an old timers record on boxrec and you see that a lot of the time their early opposition come up
as pro debuters.
This doesn't necessarily mean they are all pro debuters,
It can mean boxrec doesn't actually know the guys record.
This also happens with modern fighters from foreign countries. (guys who would be considered obscure)
Records also get updated.
For example you might look at a indonesian bums record today and he comes up as a guy with just the 1 loss on his pro debut. Then you might check a week later and his record suddenly reads 2-10 or something....
Have you never seen mysery fighters or mystery kos
on boxrec???
Like a guy whose name is just a question mark or a result reads as a ko but has a ? instead of a round number.
Question mark guys can get updated too.
When they find out who he is....
I hope this helps!
You could have just asked with your real acount...Comment

Anyway, I can understand that maybe records were hard to find from Many Years back, but was wondering how this would be possible now, with internet and stuff. Even some Indonesian bum, LOL, should have a record somewhere, no? I too was wondering about the question marks, especially for American Fighters. How hard would it be for them to find out the results of A Modern American Fight? I guess harder than I thought LOL!Comment

Anyone that studies film or makes highlights on youtube can study the film and select the clean punches between the two and I assure you as I already done the work they would not equal. Then we need to take into consideration the other principles in judging criteria ; defense, ring-generalship -- who used the ring who was defensive minded? whos technique had more success in the fight? remember headbutts are not a part of boxing, holding is not allowed.
All I heard was that Rungvisai was the bigger man and that his punches 'hurt' more -- yeah naturally being bigger they would. The problem is we are going by boxing criteria : clean punches, effective aggression ( not reckless aggression ). If RG landed a two punch combo and Rungvisai land one good shot according to their logic Rungvisai would win -- never mind his poor defense whilst Gonzalez was picking off shots, rollings, ducking, blocking ect...these standards are ridiculous.Comment
