What exactly is it about GGG that certain boxing fans don't like?

I never said people should dislike Ali or SRR too and anyone who is a true boxing fan should enjoy their style and most of all the fights they were involved in. Someone's dislike for Ali would be beyond boxing.

GGG, Khan, Bradley have all put on some of the best fights or best performances of recent years. Bradley v Provo was something you could show to an on boxing fan and convert them instantly, the same goes for Khan v Maidana or Khan v Garcia or Khan v just about anyone else. GGGs KO ability and style is straight out of the imagination of what a fighter should be.

So now, let me ask you, why as a boxing fan, would you dislike them?

because I don't choose to. Choices are allowed. There is no lithmus test of being a fan.

People don't gravitate to the sport for the same reasons. Ivan Calderon had virtually no kos and I think watching him could draw someone to boxing same as ggg.

It just defies logic that any fan has to like a particular fighter or style to be a true fan.
