Who gives a **** about the IBF and their 2nd weigh in. Jacobs made 160lbs. when it actually mattered. Had the IBF title not been at stake there would be no issue. Other fighters have been outweighed significantly on fight night and not peep from the same asshats making this out to be a big deal. People should be calling out Motorcity**** though since he called Lemieux a cheater for this same **** and he's been on Jacob's nuts.

Derevyanchenko is a fight away from being mandatory challenger for the IBF 160lb belt, with Khurtsidze already being mandatory for the WBO 160lb belt.

Jacobs, Derevyanchenko, Khurtsidze, and Khytrov are all under Andre Rozier.

Before folks jump to the negative, use your head for a moment.

Trying everything he can to get an advantage. Already desperate ... and lost before the bell rang. Poor Daniel... and just the beginning. The shame before the beating!

... Daniel Jacobs isn't rated by the IBF, so how is he breaking a rule when the organization doesn't even acknowledge his existence?

... except that David Lemieux was in an IBF-sanctioned title eliminator and broke and IBF rule, while Jacobs is the WBA challenger, with the WBA having no such rule

So you dont care if fighters get belts, unify the divisions and become outright #1's?

Are you introducing a new boxing hipster thing where its uncool and "normie" to have a belt and the real best fighters are the ones that havent gone mainstream yet ?

Am i a fan boy of GGG? oh... i musnt have made all those posts yesterday saying how he was nowhere near the ATG and P4P top 5 his fans make him out to be and was just a big fish in a weak MW pond.

                  LOL.
you said that if it was my favorite fighter that I would make a big deal about it etc etc etc...

                  again....

my favorite fighters going for belts does not make a difference to me.

not quite that hard to understand and ive been complaining about these belt orgz just like everyone else.

How long has it been since they, ABCs, have been talking about unifying all the divisons etc... they even had some sort of meeting in mexico like 2 years ago....

                  nothing has changed.

I guess someone will have to dumb it down for you......

When the fight got made, Jacobs agreed to fight for all 3 titles. That meant that he agreed to the rules imposed by the IBF. The fact that he wasnt ranked by them because he held the WBA interim title is irrelevant. He agreed to fight for the IBF title thus was bound by all the rules that went with it.

This morning he changed his mind. Well within his rights, but no different than what Lemieux did last week.
