I don't think jacobs fights well enough on the inside, otherwise that would be a huge weapon...Golovkin sucks inside fighting and fighting dirty. He also doesn't do well at long range...Golovkin is a mid range fighter who's foolishly willing to take shots to close distance. If Danny keeps him at the end of his jab and does not allow that distance to change the fight will be his with straight rights right behind the jab once in a while, fast pivots and short hooks while pivoting to catch a possible off balance kd.

I have posted several times the best chance Jacobs ha's is go at him directly, early, while he still has all his strength and his not being beat down... then the power that he does have may show some effect on GGG if Danny waits he's gone
in 5 or 6...
I'll watch this is my favorite sports bar in lower Manhattan...

I respect Ward's abilities but if I had to pick fifty of the greatest fighters Ward wouldn't make my top twenty at the moment. Not even close. Canelo's greatest claim to fame is losing 2 pounds to fight Floyd but he solidifies Golovkin? I mean seriously I don't know what galaxy you live in but look at Pacquaio and Mayweather's hitlist...that's what you call LEGEND! Oh and on the topic of overrated you just tried to validate Charlo and Canelo whom have done very little to be considered legitimate period. Williams and squeaking out a win over Lara does not rate you, sorry son. Try again.

I still say Jacobs' best chance of winning this fight is to bum rush GGG by backing him up. Gennady has a bullying, hunting type fighting style. You can't win a fight running from a bully. You have to stand up to a bully.
In this case, he is going to have to hunt the hunter. GGG is fearless and all balls. Therefore, Jacobs is going to have to go all balls deep in this fight in order to defeat a fighter like Gennady Golovkin.
Given his pedigree, he is too fundamentally sound in order to out box. Others have tried in the past but failed. Therefore, Danny is going to have hit him first, hard and very often.
