???The article says he used his intelligence to beat Yuri Foreman??? Wow!!!! Actually all Lara had to do was show up and it was a give me fight.

He fight next in May or June but no opponent has been picked yet??? It's mid March??? Look like their going to homeless shelters or the NYC local cab union for his next fight.

Lara is a very good to excellent boxer, but in terms of slickness, nowhere near the level of Mayweather for example. As for Canelo-Chavez fight, it could be interesting but I don't know what strength Chavez jf has left by the time of the fight after having to make that weight limit. He has almost two months to get in that shape.

The way he fought he embarrassed himself, his family and his country. That's not schooling he has to defend himself whenever anyone talks about the fight. Nobody who saw the fight wants to see that garbage again or him. He's banished to fighting bums on Friday night. It's mid march and he has no fighter lined up next but a may fight date? So you know it's another bum. Lara can't draw flies to see his boring fights.

do you understand what schooling someone means?
here's the dictionary definition of it for you:

Canelo got SCHOOLED, and you know it

I think so too. I wasn't impressed with Canelo in that fight. Lara just had to be a little more aggressive and I think he would have swayed the judges. The fix was in on that one I'm afraid.

Canelo doesn't like pressure. If Chavez can keep pressuring being the bigger guy he can knock out Canelo. As long as he isn't damaged goods he can do it.

Chavez Jr. coming forward full force will be his downfall Alvarez will counter him with ease. Jr. Needs to keep Alvarez at the end of his jab & use his reach advantage. Once Chavez tries to in-flight he will get dismantled

It was calculated he felt canelos power and ran refused to be a "little more aggressive" because that would open him up to more canelo counter punches and he gets knocked out. Did you see the angulo fight? Dropped twice so he stayed on his bike running away from Canelo.

Overall punch stats were equal but canelo had huge advantage in power punches landed. One guy ran backwards landing a weak jab here and there while the other guy came forward making the fight, more aggressive and landed all the power shots and busted Lara eye. When you fight like this you have no one to blame but yourself led to fans booing you, judges go against you and you branded a boring runner. Even fans who were rooting against canelo said after that fight I will never pay to see Lara fight again. He did it to himself. If he fought like a man even if he gets knocked out his career is in better shape today because fans would want to see him again.

If Lara would have beaten canelo then he would be hyping up that win and say Chavez has no chance.

I think Canelo picks it over Chavez. Chavez will have his offensive flurries but they'll be few and far between and Canelo's combination punching is going to keep Chavez at bay.
