I saw Thurman take an early lead by fighting aggressively and then go on his bike and lose the championship rounds. As far as algieri, I've followed his career as I'm from NY. He's struggled with C level fighters, not sure what you see in him that'd make you think he'd beat Garcia but I'd bet money he wouldn't if the fight were to ever happen.

Homie was throwing pitter patter shots and missing for the most part, the only time he would fight would be during the last 30 secs of a round. These cats got to understand that when Mayweather moved he used timing and accuracy a lot of the time during the second half of the fight it looked like Thurman would move just to move.
