    New York City - Former WBO welterweight champion Chris Algieri (21-3, 8 KOs), 33 years old, is eager to get back in the mix for another world title run. Algieri has been out of the ring since getting stopped in five rounds last April when he faced undefeated Olympian Errol Spence at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

          Algerie beats Danny Garcia easily, but I don't favor him over any of the other current title holders.

              The belt holders are Thurman, Pacquaio, and Brook/Spence winner, two of the 4 options have already beat him easily, and I can't see him doing any better against Brook or Thurman, unless he moves to 154 and try's against Hurd, Andrade, Lara, Jermell, and Canelo, which I can't see him beating any of those 5 either

                algieri beats Danny Garcia easily??? In what? An episode of master chef? Because he sure as hell doesn't beat him in boxing.

                  Im no fan of this computer geek but think about it for a second, he made it all the way to pacquiao and 3 other hbo main events with 3 other top 5 fighters having being trained by a kickboxer. This guy obviously posseses natural talent, he also gave amir khan a good fight and rocked him a few times which obviously looked like jdj is developing his punching power. Lets not write the guy off just yet, hes had a year to train with one of the best trainers in boxing.
