It's a damn shame how he/RocNation squandered a strong showing against Canelo with this extended inactivity. The whole team really sh@t the bed.

His next fight is going to be *****; after so long out of the ring, it would be plain ****** to step in against real competition.

I've always given Cotto a lot of respect...and I love him as a fighter. But his time with RocNation has been a disaster for his legacy.

Yup and they left money on the table in the canelo fight. After the fight you heard stories of how badly roc nation phuked things up and hamstrung that event. You look at the money and how canelo/chavez is promoted with golden boy allowed to promote without interference from roc nation and canelo/chavez might actually make more money already going to shatter the live gate from canelo/cotto. And canelo/chavez is an inferior fight on paper then canelo/chavez. But it is promoted better and will max out the revenue because roc nation is not involved.

Cotto made his guaranteed money so roc nation lost out on money not him. But they are inept and causing cotto to lose years. He should of fought at least twice already. Now probably won't fight till fall/winter 2 years after his canelo fight SMH

Roc Nation dic jack sht to help promote that fight. Oscar had to promote his ass of. If Jay-Z would of even helped out a lil the fight would of cracked 1million.

You should had known Sergio was hurt way before that though. The Martin Murray fight showed that his knees were shot.
