What comment? My initial post didn't even mention race, just that many Floyd fans had become Ward fans. I don't see why you wanted to bring race into it.

I can't see how that gets turned into a race discussion. Its as if people feel Floyd only has black fans. I dont think thats true. I do know that most Floyd fans jumped on the Ward bandwagon post retirement.

I for one predicted ward would beat Kov but hadn o problem in saying I was wrong and Kovalev was far superior that night. Then again, I dont use someoen elses opinion to validate my own, as many on here use the opinions of their fav fighters as if its the word of god.

How have you come to the conclusion that Floyd fans are now Ward fans? can you list me all of the Floyd Fans on this site who are now Ward fans? If you can't I assume you've said this due to race and no other reason.

Seriously tho...anyone who's been around here long enough knows that once floyd retired, lots of people suddenly became ward fans here...let's not deny the correlation. Whether they were fans before or not is debatable, but they certainly weren't posting about him regularly. Op didn't mention anything about race either. I'm not black and i was a fan of mayweather...I'm not a big fan of ward even tho he's white...everything isn't about race.

No they didn't. The scumbag racist wing of GGG and Kov fanbases that didn't like Ward started calling him the same names they do Floyd, Haymon, Wilder, Broner etc.

Whenever a known Floyd fan challenges those choice of words or otherwise "defends" Ward, they are now labeled Ward fans when all they did was react to the racism/bigotry/ignorance directed at Ward.

That doesn't make one a fan of Ward persay. Just means you are speaking out against what is wrong. Just because you put a Ward pic in your avi after the fight doesn't make you a Ward fan either.

Don't reward cowardness. He didn't mention race because he didn't want to get banned. It wasn't difficult to figure this out. The posters pointing this out are not exactly Floyd fans or black either.

I agree with you, everything isn't about race. But when it clearly is, like this thread, there is no reason to pretend otherwise.

EDIT: if you truly feel Floyd fans became Ward fans, please name them directly. DOn't be a coward like the TS and give a BS excuse to not name them.
