If Keith Idec's reporting serves correctly, winner of Lemieux vs Stevens was for a spot to fight for the IBF again. Therefore, it wasn'T in Lemieux's interest or I guess GBP's to win it.

Besides all that, Jacobs has the opportunity for the WBA and WBC and the lovely IBO... so I guess those organizations acknowledge ''cheating?'' Because Lemieux and Stevens were in the spot to also benefit for a WBA or WBC? no...

wh knows what Lemieux was thinking? Maybe he genuinely thought they didnt do those 2nd weigh ins for the minor titles. Or maybe he just woke up and said the heck with it. The regional title would only have gotten him a higher IBF ranking anyways, so its not like its gonna keep him up at night.
