Lemieux setting out his stall to be considered the best of Golovkin's victims.

So Lemieux moves up to no. 3 in wbc rankings but I don't see anyone betting on Heiland if he ever fights lemieux. Can we see Charlo and Lemieux? That'd be a fun fight.

I thought Lemieux would win via extremely wide decision because I'm pretty pessimistic with these "bombs away" type of marketed fight. They rarely deliver, but glad I was wrong. That was nasty.

Are people not forgetting that Lemieux looked like dog crap in his last fight and how bad Curtis looked in his last fight?

Curtis has been looking like crap a few fights in a row now. He's been down 5-6 times and stopped twice leading into this fight. Short term memory for folks when convenient.

When did Lemieux look like dog crap lol? I think he had weight problems vs Rios, but still won a UD. Other than that fight though, he has literally looked like an elite destroyer every fight the last couple years except for Golovkin. He dispatched Rosado and Stevens even more impressively than Golovkin. He dispatched N'Dam even more impressively than Peter Quillin did back when Quillin appeared to me to be juicing and was way, way better than the guy who struggled with Lee and Jacobs. He retired Tapia. Y'all haters just don't like GGG, y'all don't like exciting fighters, and y'all don't like white fighters, and Lemieux fits all those things in one way or another, so it's no surprise y'all want to hate on him, but Lemieux is one of the most improved fighters out there. He had stamina problems when he was still a kid, basically. He fixed those and since then he has been probably the #2 middleweight in the world. I'm still not convinced he wouldn't beat Danny Jacobs. He would definitely beat everyone Jacobs has beaten, that's for sure.
