I've seen this fight and you and I know that amateurs are very different than the pros. But since we're on the subject about amateur fights, you should also know that Dirrel beat GGG in the amateurs as well. I just don't think tall, lengthy fighters with power are a good match for Golovkin.

Also, I'd say that Jacobs has much more power than Dirrel; especially at this weight in the pros. Oh yeah, that fight against Dirrel was 13 years ago and GGG has slowed down significantly.

GGG was very aggressive against Dirrel. He can fight that way against Jacobs, I just think it's only a matter of time before Jacobs hurts him and then opens up for the stoppage.

1/ you missed the point. In your previous post you said that Golovkin would be 7-1 down going into the nineth. You are saying that you believe that Golovkin can't box. He knows how to box. Very well. Yes Dirrell beat him, but that isn't the point. Even if Dirrell had beaten him twice the clips still show that Golovkin can hang with elite boxers. Amateursare different to pros but Golovkin has the ability to react very quickly. He slips many punches in the pros using this ability.

2/ Has Golovkin slowed down or does he just fight slower and more methodically in the pros. I'd say a bit of both. Also you pace yourself different for a 12 round fight so nearly all pros fight slower than when in the ams. But Golovkin is not in his absolute prime. I have that back when he thought Macklin or earlier.

3/ I never addressed your earlier point about Jacob's power. He has undeniable power and if he lands fast and hard GGG might go down for the first time. That is what makes this fight so interesting.

4/ It's obvious you don't think much of Golovkin but if you are saying that a world amateur champ can't box then you are going against all logic and visible proof.

But what I can prove is Team GGG, Loeffler, etc NEVER said one thing about Daniel Jacobs before I started talking about this fight for the last year and a half to 2 years.

If you want to call me out, then do your research. I started talking about GGG vs Jacobs hard in early 2015. While I was talking about this you and your fellow Tampon Boys kept telling me how Jacobs was ducking GGG and the fight couldn't happen because of the PBC, Showtime, HBO and Loeffler conflict.

I told you guys that you were full of schit and the fight could happen, but Jacobs just wanted adequate money. I even made several threads about. I was then told by you and your fellow Tampon Boys that I was crazy for thinking that. What do you know? You guys didn't know schit about boxing. FACT.

Fast forward, I even went on twitter and start pressing the WBA to make the fight.. I'm not saying it was me, but not too long after my "Jacobs vs GGG 2016, thread", the WBA FINALLY start talking about making Jacobs the mandatory despite there being no major public outcry for the fight and despite Team GGG not calling Danny out they like did SO many other title holders.

Again, was this fight because of me? Maybe not all, but I damn sure cried about it day, noon and night and even to Loeffler, the WBA and Golovkin himself on twitter accusing them of avoiding Jacobs.

Do your research, b1tch. I've been bigging this fight up for the last 2-3 years.

I'm saying based off all the fights I've seen from GGG as a professional, he hasn't shown me anything that says he can outbox Daniel Jacobs. The Lemieux fight was the first fight where GGG showed some kind of agility other than just plainly walking forward and applying pressure. Problem is, Lemieux has looked like crap several times in his career. And my question is does utilizing a good jab against a 5"9 David Lemieux who just so happens to have cinder block feet, mean he can outbox a tall, lengthy, athletic Daniel Jacobs? Absolutely not.

I agree with you and I'd say both. He's slowing down because he's 35 and more methodical and his trainer likes to implore a Mexican fighting style.

I disagree. I think GGG has shown very good skills in the DL fight. Skills I didn't know he had.

But as you know with boxing, styles makes fights. I just don't see GGG having the style to beat Jacobs. His best chance at beating Jacobs is also his best chance at getting him KO'd. Pressure.
