I lived in the Middle East for many years and was always skeptical about the chances of this getting off the ground as:

a. Khan is not a big name there;

b. Manny is obviously idolized by Philippinos and whilst there are plenty living in the UAE, the locals dont give a **** about them; and

c. The economy in Dubai is very bad at the moment so hosing money up against a wall on a fight that doesnt involve a local was always unlikely
