That said, he's at a point where IMO, he needs to step it up. He needs a statement fight. Bellow isn't a statement fight. IMO Parker isn't a statement fight. Obviously, the Klitschko-Joshua winner is the biggest statement he can make. Tyson Fury appears to be coming back. Hell, I'd be satisfied with Ortiz. Either way, he needs to **** or get off the pot.
I too want to see him in a big fight. I want to see him and Joshua go at it...for that to happen they have to win and synch fight schedules as well as mandatory fights. As for Ortiz...that would be a test...but I don't see it happening as it won't make the money his team aims to make. To get a Wilder Ortiz fight, Ortiz needs to get some Europe fans in a hurry or find a fan base in the US. Besides...you really think Hearn is going to mess up a Wilder Joshua dream fight with Ortiz?

How is that a cherry pick..?
That's Deontay Wilder 101. You talk about wanting a good fight THEN you take the easy option and claim everyone in the world is ducking you. C'mon man we have been seeing this for years. Wilder will never fight a top 10 opponent

        Will Parker answer the call????????????????
Yes. Parker has a fight with his mandatory first. You know what that is right? I wouldn't blame you it's something Beyoncé has never done before. He might fight Stiverne again who's terrible now then I guarantee you he fights a Breazeale type guy afterwards. Nine years 38 fights not 1 top 10 what a disgraceful fighter.

          Can't you read??

He's doing exactly what you want said he should do.
Apperantly, you don't read too well. I thought I clearly stated that I DON'T consider Parker a statement fight.

It's not much of a statement if any of the top 4 guys beat one of the others. They are all flawed and or raw.

Why are you ****ting on Wilder for wanting the Parker fight?

Jesus, can't win with some of you guys.

Do you actually not want to see Parker-Wilder or something? It's clearly the best fight Wilder could possibly make, assuming he beats Stiverne and assuming Parker beats Fury.

Ortiz is #2 in the WBC now, is the #1 in the WBA, and #6 in the IBF...#4 by Ring Magazine, and #3 by TBRB (above Wilder). According to many, he has done enough to warrant a shot against Wilder or any champ.

Think about it...this is the heavyweight division. There isn't really much to do to get a shot at a belt, but Ortiz's string of beating Jennings, Thompson, and Scott are enough for a shot at Wilder.

By the way, Ortiz is registered under the Clean Boxing Program, so there is nothing that Wilder can say anymore about that.

Ortiz is doing VADA now so Wilder shouldn't have a problem in facing him.

How is Wilder going to say that heavyweights don't want to face him when he's got Ortiz calling him a punk and a coward?

That's funny to me. Wilder just wants the easy life, he's shown that throughout his career.

                    P.S nice alt Kigali.
Link to legit offer made by Ortiz's promoter for a Wilder fight?

Or is it just "call someone out" and there's a legal obligation?

If Ortiz wants the fight, his promoter needs to put an offer on the table that Wilder's team cannot resist. If they turn that down, then they can talk.

                    That's how business works.
