From what ive seen throughout the years, the hardcore boxing fans appreciate the lower weight divisions while the casuals are more about knockouts so they watch the heavier guys.

115 is deep as *** and it is criminal how these real fighters dont get more exposure.

Imagine a tourney at 115. It would be nuts!

      I agree.

But in lower weights there is a lot of powerful fighters, Yamanaka has the heaviest left hand of the sport, Gonzalez is a killer, Nietes, Inoue, Casimero and Hernandez are K.O artist, one punch K.O, Valdez has crazy power.

And I'm talking about power because in the aspects of skills they are elites.

      People is ****in ignorant.

        Agreed.

The entire sport was watching last night and they just didn't deliver at all. One spent the championship rounds on the run and the other let him, because after 34 fights, he still doesn't know how to cut off the ring.

What about the others? Is Kell Brook? Hard to say; He was outboxing GGG until he got injured, but he still hasn't faced great enough competition in his own weight class to determine just yet. Errol Spence Jr.? Same deal - The fight between them in the coming months could tell us a lot. Shawn Porter? lol No. He's already lost to both Brook and Thurman, he's not the guy. Jessie Vargas is a bum. Amir Khan is a joke. It's sad to say, but an old and withered Manny Pacquiao may still be the greatest Welterweight in the world right now, even at almost 40.
Lol at, Brook was outboxing GGG until he got injured. Golovkin made him **** his trunks with a body shot in the first round, and broke his face soon after.

He's the epitome of a journeyman who got lucky more than once.

Danny's biggest mistake was to turn down Mayweather. It would've been a sure loss but it would have banked him huge in a heavily publicised "somebodies O has got to gO
            !"
Don't you mean Pacquiao? I know Mayweather said that Danny Garcia would be the fight he'd come back for if he returned at that particular time, but there was never any serious attempt at making a comeback. Garcia turned down a fight with Manny on the basis that he was "only" offered 4-6 million, which he didn't consider to be enough for a fight of that magnitude.

Danny should take a Pac fight to cash out and call it a career he's not beating brook or Spence or even porter for that matter he's not elite at all.

Pretty sure the division will play out with Spence beating brook and PAC beating khan forcing brook and khan to finally fight and Spence and thruman will then face off by early next year.

I think the problem here is the WW division, and how many A level guys there are (a lot).

Usually it would be fair to say that in any given division there are one or two 'Elite' guys.

Despite what a lot of people here say, I'd say the only real 'Elite' guy (now Floyd has retired) is Manny and maybe Bradley / Brook.

Then you have the next level full of VERY GOOD guys - Thurman, Spence, Porter, Garcia...even Khan who are pretty much all on the same level.

You have to say Thurman is knocking on the door of the Elite tag after beating Danny and Porter.

I'm not a Thurman fan. I don't like that style. Credit to him if he keeps winning but I can't sit there through a full Thurman fight.

Thurman's style is like praise dancer at a church.

Yea mate, I was trying to find out why thurman vs danny was called a mega fight, now i realize it was just the hype that got me.
Esp Thurman fought retired or never-heard-of ppl through his career. He will never face a technician.
