You have to be disappointed with Danny, not with Keith.

Ur cup of tea might not be mine and judging by most comments on here most posters were underwhelmed last night . There's a reason Lara , Rico , etc. aren't put on the big stage any more... Great boxers with styles that are hard on the eyes . Not saying Thurman's style is similar but he showed flashes of the notorious Run Time .
Oh he broke out the running shoes for sure the last two rounds. Quite pathetic.

Yup, Thurman has fought safe like this before and I wasn't surprised nor disappointed, it's a big fight and Garcia had to do more if he wanted to win. Thurman however very impressive as of late

Are u serious ? Did u not read my last post ? Lara had his chance. He stunk up the joint against Canelo . Rigo did the same on the Canelo/Cotto PPV.
Ur defending Lara n Rigo saying bad matchmaking is the reason they aren't stars.
        Really ???

I am telling you they will be on the big stage again when they are matched with a credible challenger.

I appreciated Thurman's boxing skills. OK, fine. He can box. He can move. But he had a smaller opponent who was ineffectively following him around the ring...Garcia was NOT cutting off the ring well....and missing the
few punches that he did throw. I can imagine a SR Leonard, a Duran, a Mayweather, a Mosely, taking either guy out within a few rounds. No contest. A younger Pacman eats both guys up. Hell Ricky Hatton would have beaten them.

The worst part for me was watching a so-called champ taking off 2-3 rounds at the end of the fight (like DLH did vs Trinidad) because he had the fight "in the bag". Really? Is any boxing match ever "in the bag?" Is the word "robbery" in Thurman's vocabulary, because it should be.

He didn't show a warrior's heart by avoiding conflict 10-12 rounds. Not at all. No, he didn't need to be ****** about it but FFS at least TRY TO OVERCOME YOUR OPPONENT!
