Lol, Thurman is the third welterweight fighter you have ever faced...Yes, you beat Morales and Morales is a big name, BUT now you fight in 147. Thurman hits much harder.

Bring up Herrera til the cows come home, get more money, head back out, party their cow selves out the wazoo til daybreak... it won't matter. Thurman is simply not as sturdy or resourceful as Garcia. And it will show in the ring. The only reason Porter didn't beat him is that knucklehead still crowds himself too much and can't land shiii up close. I'll give Thurman some more credit if he beats Danny, but I just don't see it happening. Danny has more tools in the repertoire, and seems to be more accurate. Good fight though, no matter how it ends up. Definitely looking forward to it.

Peterson didn't get robbed. He literally gave away rd after rd in the first half of the fight and then beat up Danny the last 3. You can't bank on winning a decision that way. Y'all so quick to bring up decisions that go Danny way just cuz ya don't like him but what about Peterson?? Favorable reffing and decision vs Khan. Gift vs Felix Diaz. He even got a gift draw vs Vic Ortiz a while back too.

Either way should be a great fight while it last.
thurman won't fade...especially against a small fighter like danny.

Fighters end strong against Garcia....Zab Judah and Peterson for example.

Peterson finished strong....he was putting hands on Danny.

                  You can't deny that.

Danny should have stayed at 140

Thurman will be too much....even a washed-up Judah was putting hands on Danny.

Wait a minute, you've only just said beating Thurman would make you the face of boxing. Now you're saying he's only 5th or 6th best on your resume?

Make up your mind Danny. Either Thurman is good enough that a win over him catapults you up the rankings, or it does nothing to change your position considering he's nowhere near the best you've fought.

I think fight week might just be getting to Danny a little. All those cherry picks over the last two years haven't really prepared him for the huge step-up.

                      Danny, Danny.
