It's simple... Pac/Koncz went off and did their own negotiating because Arum wasn't willing to pay him his guarantee (20 million/per fight) his next fight.

It's most likely written in his contract.

Instead of accepting Bob's offer of 5 million... they went out looking for the best $$$ fight available.

While Bob had plans of touring Manny around the world fighting Australians, Russians, and other Euros for lesser amounts.

Pac and Koncz don't seem to agree with that vision at least for now.

Considering that the Khan deal appears to have faltered, you are probably right and the Horn fight could very well still take place. Still not paying for or even remotely interested in that **** though... LOL.
