Who wins Ward vs Kovalev 2 and why no poll only real assessments allowed

I got ward by unanimous decision

he knows kovs timing and distance and will work his way inside earlier

he will also be better acclimated to the weight

My prediction 8-4 ward unanimous decision.

      Ward..

He won't get caught with huge shots early and will be able to win some early rounds.

Just like Marquez-manny 1, Marquez didn't get caught huge early in other manny fights.

If ward avoids the early damage, he should be able to outpoint kovolev

Same outcome with no knockdown or knockout. UD. Ward. once Ward gets that gut check working again we gone see kovalev get frustrated again and say he won again. He don't want that work, that's why he'll hold all night again.

              Completely agree with you.

Only way I can see Kovalev winning is throwing off Ward's timing and landing something powerful on the chin. The knockdown punch in the first fight really wasn't flush and on the chin.

I have been reading your comments your years and am sure no one likes you in life. You always come off as a sarcastic, smart mouth, ass hole... I LOVE IT. I think you're funny as ****. Your boxing assessments are pretty spot on. You're one of the posters I look forward to seeing what you say next Don't change and keep it coming

did you miss the first fight? how is the only way kovalev can win by huge punch? some things never change i suppose. people said the same thing before the first fight and it became a self fulfilling prophecy. they pretended ward was winning simply because kovalev wasn't landing that "big punch" even though he was landing more, landing the much cleaner shots but it wasnt enough to beat the "boxer"

Ward 8 to 4 or 9 to 3. Ward will be sharper and this short time between fights will help him focus instead of being inactive like he usually does. It is about normal time off for Kovalev, but the guy who wins the first time usually has an advantage the 2nd time as well. Ward is more well rounded and like someone said Ward should put in more body shots earlier in the fight.
